If you're struggling with high heating bills or a cold home, or if you know someone who is, give us a call.

It's a free service for eligible households, and the eligibility criteria are very broad. You'll qualify if your income is below a certain threshold, if you're receiving certain benefits, if you have certain health conditions, or if you're experiencing circumstances such as bereavement, homelessness, immigration, to give just a few examples.
