Required works at Princess Street property:

Electrical
External: 4 x Outside light sockets installed roof height.
1 x Heavy-duty socket installed roof height.
2 x wall fans, 1 for each kitchen area.

Internal: 3 x office area - install data and power points.
1 x reception area – install data and power points
External and internal CCTV installed.

Plumbing
Internal: Boilers serviced and appropriate safety certification provided.
Disabled toilets (rear entrance) removed.
Create male and female disabled toilet in rooms at main entrance.

Building
External: Front of building re-surfaced.
Removal of step at front door entrance.
Reposition conservatory from side of building to the rear.

Joiner
External: Install solid security door into front office, located behind Conservatory.
Replace boiler room door with new vented door.
Internal: Provide front desk/counter top for reception area.
All fire doors checked for working closers, strips and locks.

Windows
Full building fascia replacement.
Specific windows replaced with double glazing (like for like with frosted glass).
Roofer
Assessment of roof space.

Painter & Decorator
Internal: All rooms redecorated.

Carpet Fitter
Recarpet full building.
