Mayor meets with school children to discuss park safety

The Mayor of Workington met with Year 6 from St Patrick’s School Primary School, Workington.
The year group have been working on a project to combat anti-social behaviour and discussed with The Mayor their ideas on how the park facilities could be improved in order to reduce this. The Mayor discussed the Town Council’s own plans for improving the park and welcomed any suggestions. Workington Town Council will continue to work with the school on this project.
