Urgent Road Closure - C2060, Park End Road

An urgent road closure has been put in place to allow United Utilities Water to carry out urgent utility works.
This notice will be in force for a period not exceeding 5 days from 23rd April 2021. It is expected that the Works will take 2 days.

Location: Park End Road from a point approx. 40 metres from its junction with Ramsey Brow, extending in a south westerly direction for a total distance of approximately 73 metres, as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
Alternative Route: via the unrestricted section of Park End Road, Ramsey Brow, Washington Street and Guard Street.
A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.
